Hurricane Harvey: Best Buy Spikes Water Costs

Company Best Buy has apologized for predatory price-gouging in the wake of Hurricane Harvey after selling $42 packs of bottled water and $28 bottles of Smart Water in Houston.

In Texas, this action is not only against the law, it carries some major fines.
