NCCJ 2-Day Anti-Racism is a live, online training program that explores bias, discrimination, oppression and privilege in the United States.

Workshop topics include:

• The history of racism.
• How racism impacts everyone, generation after generation.
• How to talk effectively and compassionately about racism.
• The real-life skills to interrupt all forms of bias and discrimination.
• Important definitions and terms.
• Ways to take action and build equality in your workplace and community.

Registration details:

• Registration is required. Zoom information will be provided via email.
• Participants must attend both days from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST.
• Fee: $360 per person.
• Continuing Education Credits will be given for successful completion of the two-day session.
• Financial aid is available—please let us know if payment is an issue for you.
